My name is Lucia Athens.

I have been leading efforts to create a sustainable future for over 30 years. In my work as Austin's first Chief Sustainability Officer and previously as the inaugural leader of Seattle's city green building initiative, I have learned a few things. 

I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge through inspirational writing, public speaking, and connecting with other leaders.
